Founder and managing partner of BEARCAT Beni Industriali, Alberto Accolla, after achieving a Master in Electronic Engineering, a Master in Business Administration and a Strategic Marketing specialization, has gained a relevant and wide managing experience as GM/MD of multinational companies in the industrial goods business. The competence areas include: complete company turnaround, crossover from family ownership to multinational, interim management, management buy in and out, liquidation/sale of company branches, reorganization of production plants, redefinition of product/market strategies, reorganization of sales and marketing areas.
